Founded by Raymond Gabriel, Ideanation equips individuals with the knowledge, tools, and belief to break free from financial limitations — and build something greater.

Raymond has spent over two decades championing financial literacy in underserved communities, with a passion to make money knowledge accessible to all. His journey includes mentoring youths, working with NGOs, collaborating with government agencies, and launching impactful education programs across Southeast Asia.
​aThrough Ideanation, his mission is now focused on empowering schools, educators, and families to implement proven financial systems that foster resilience and smart money habits from a young age.
His work continues to inspire a generation of future entrepreneurs and responsible earners.
People Systems Consultancy
PSC is a multinational, impact-driven organisation dedicated to improving the livelihoods and well-being of marginalised communities and micro-entrepreneurs. Over the past 15 years, we have positively impacted more than 100,000 individuals across ASEAN countries, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, and Singapore.

Our innovative, income-generating and financial literacy programmes deliver end-to-end implementation with scalable and measurable outcomes. Remarkably, 70% of our trained beneficiaries have experienced income increases ranging from 100% to 400% within six months, without the need for significant upfront funding.
We collaborate closely with government agencies, corporations, and foundations to develop customised solutions that foster financial, social, and digital inclusion, especially for underserved segments of society.
This mission aligns strongly with MEDAC’s vision to strengthen inclusive, sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems nationwide.

One of our flagship collaborations is the Reach Independence and Sustainable Entrepreneurship (R.I.S.E.) programme, in partnership with Maybank Foundation. This initiative has impacted 36,431 participants, including persons with disabilities (PWDs), with the top 40% of trainees achieving an average income increase of 356.74%.

Given the proven, sustainable results of our programmes, we are keen to scale these efforts further across asean.
