Raymond Dinesh Gabriel is a serial entrepreneur, social innovator, and published author whose work spans social business, technology, and financial literacy.

He co-founded People Systems Group in 2006, which has grown into ASEAN’s largest social enterprise, operating in Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Laos, and Cambodia. Through his entrepreneurship and financial literacy programs, more than 100,000 individuals from marginalized communities have been empowered to increase their incomes by 100–400%, making People Systems a trusted partner to governments, NGOs, and private organizations across the region.

In 2019, Raymond launched the Createwills Group, a company disrupting the will-writing and estate planning industry with innovative digital and Shariah-compliant solutions. Today, Createwills operates in Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, serving major clients in the banking, insurance, and airline sectors.

Raymond’s influence extends beyond business. He has advised ASEAN governments on poverty eradication, served on national and regional committees, and contributed to Malaysia’s 11th Development Plan. He also sits on the Malaysia-China Business Council and SME Malaysia, where he champions entrepreneurship and innovation.

As an author, Raymond has published two books on financial literacy, including Money Quotient, which sold over 60,000 copies. His financial literacy syllabus has been adopted by the Ministries of Education in both Malaysia and the Philippines.
